The quote tool

To display quotes, the form collects gender, date of birth, stated health, tobacco status, desired benefit and years of coverage. These fields go to the carriers' quoting engine and get no stored by us. Seeing quotes doesn't require your name, address, phone or email. Repeated same queries leverage short-term cache to prevent redundant requests to the carriers.

Applying

Proceeding to apply sends your answers to populate the carriers' secure application, and you assume that platform's privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129), a licensed California insurer, processes applications.

The contact form

The message form collects your name, email address, a phone number (optional), preferred contact method, subject line and message body. Messages go straight to the agency via email; your address becomes the reply destination. We retain nothing—no backup, no submission database, no message archive. A brief safety filter examines your message in your browser before it leaves.

Measurement

We track visits using first-party, no-cookie analytics served directly from this domain. No cookies or identifiers are installed; your IP address is truncated by two bytes before storage; referring page parameters are removed; visitor logs expire after 90 days. Browsers flagged with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control settings are excluded from measurement entirely.

What we do not do

Your details are never marketed, resold or distributed. We exclude advertising networks and outside analytics. The single exception is our application page, which incorporates the carriers' platform only when you navigate there.
